Both Seminoles now have been upgraded with Garmin 530 GPS/NAV/COM in place of the KNS-80 and KY-197. We continue to invest in fleet upgrades with N12545 receiving a Garnim GX50 similair to N92747. The 1989 Arrrows are scheduled to receive King KLN-89B GPS installations this summer.

Effective immediatly the rate for the Cessna 182T will be $190 per hour.

We sold 2600 coupons for introductory helicopter lessons through groupon.com. The first group of 15 people started today at 9:00 am with a rigorous ground school and finished about 6 pm with the last flight. The entire helicopter staff at ECAC participated, including Mike Rhodes, David Smith, and Philip Greenspun flying intro students and Kasim Te, Paul Cantrell, Philip Greenspun, Joris Naiman, John Morgan, and Jeff Hubbard in ground school and in ground support.

All of the customers walked away with big smiles on their faces with at least two sayin that they intend to return for follow-up lessons.
